The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the website Limousines and Chauffeurs as well as all business relationships between the users of the website and the provider Robert Pana Limousine Service (hereinafter referred to as the „Provider“). By using the website and utilizing the provider's services, users accept these GTC in their currently valid version.

2. services

The provider provides information and booking options for its limousine service in and around Munich via the website. The services offered include the transportation of passengers with high-quality limousines and trained chauffeurs.

3. bookings

3.1 Booking inquiries can be made using the contact or booking forms provided on the website or alternatively by telephone or email.

3.2 The Provider shall process the booking requests immediately and inform the Customer of availability and prices.

3.3 The booking only becomes binding once the customer has received the booking confirmation from the provider and a deposit, if required, has been paid.

4 Prices and terms of payment

4.1 The prices for the provider's services are published on the website or communicated to the customer individually.

4.2 Unless otherwise agreed, prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

4.3 Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or other payment methods accepted by the Website.

4.4 A deposit may be required for bookings, the amount of which is stated in the booking confirmation.

5 Cancellations and changes

5.1 Cancellations and changes to bookings must be communicated in writing by e-mail or contact form. If the cancellation is made within:

24 hours before provision 0% of the agreed price
12 hours before provision 100% of the agreed price

For events/ roadshows/ long-distance journeys outside Munich, other conditions apply as follows:
24 hours before provision 0% of the agreed price.

12 hours before provision 50% of the agreed price.

5.2 Cancellation fees apply in accordance with the cancellation conditions, which are communicated to the customer when the booking is confirmed.

6. liability

6.1 The provider is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

6.2 The Provider shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations. In this case, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

7. data protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the provider's privacy policy. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on the website.

8. final provisions

8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
